About Us

Mtati River Lodge, situated 200km north east of Port Elizabeth and 100km south of East London on the Eastern Cape’s Sunshine coast, consists of two self catering units which form part of the privately owned Mtati Lagoon Resort. It is an environmentally sensitive development and great care has been taken to embed the accommodation into the preserve of the natural flora.

Staying in the pristine beauty of this secluded beach resort is an experience of a lifetime. The chalets are nestled into the magnificent indigenous coastal forest with stunning views of the vast, unspoilt beach and lagoon.
